Interview
EJ: When did you begin writing?
Leanore: About eight years old. I wrote stories. My first story was about a Turtle named Lolipop that went on an adventure and met all kinds of creatures along the way. I went through a stage at the age of nine where I answered every question with rhyme. I spoke in rhymes for a long time. It drove my poor parents crazy.
EJ: What brought you to the paranormal genre?
Leanore: I suppose because I have lived a hugely and varied paranormal life and the old saying is...Write what you know.
EJ: If you could be any paranormal or have any one supernatural talent, what would it be? Why?
Leanore: I would opt for the common answer...Flying but I fly a lot while I dream, so I would choose shape shifting and that way I could be all the creatures that I dream about and read about.
EJ: Tell us why readers will enjoy your new release.
Leanore: My New release Beasts Of Forever opens up a whole new world in the Paranormal Genre. Human-Gargoyles that are sexier than any Vamp you will read about. Their stories are set in the landscape of Urban Fantasy and the tales read so hot and so fast you will be at the end and say "Oh wow, what a ride... is there more of this?" And the answer will be YES there are three novels in the series and a fourth will be here next year.
EJ: If your book(s) were being made into a movie, who would you cast for the leading roles? Why?
Leanore: That is hard because I would have to have just pieces of the actors. Jude Law's eyes,Christian Bale's facial structure, Hugh Jackman's Bod and Robert Downey Jr.'s wit.
The why is easy...What a Hot guy this combination would be!
EJ: I had a bit of fun and decided to try "creating" this amazing dream man. Unfortunately my photo manipulation skills are limited and the end result is probably more of a nightmare than a dream. LOL!
Thank you Leanore for joining us here today at From the Shadows! I look forward to your next visit and to the release of Beasts of Forever.

ReplyDeleteAnd that photo-manip made me smile--it has a certain strange charm. ^_^
Great interview!
Nice interview ladies! Your book sounds very interesting Leanore. I got a couple giggles out of the "driving your parents crazy with the rhyming" and E.J.'s photo manipulation. :) (I'm about the same when it comes to photo editing).
