DeleteI would bring a flashlight!!!

Yes, it would be extra creepy to face zombies in the dark. *brains! brains! brains!*

ReplyDeleteMy red & black Beats by Dre beatbox with Michael Jackson's *Thriller* playing loud enough for ALL the dead to boogie! :]
ReplyDelete♫ Darkness falls across the land
The midnight hour is close at hand
Creatures crawl in search of blood
To terrorize your neighborhood
And whosoever shall be found
Without the soul for getting down
Must stand and face the hounds of hell
And rot inside a corpse's shell
The foulest stench is in the air
The funk of forty thousand years
And grizzly ghouls from every tomb
Are closing in to seal your doom
And though you fight to stay alive
Your body starts to shiver
For no mere mortal can resist
The evil of the thriller ♬

DeleteA FLASHLIGHT AND MY KINDLE. SHELLEY S. calicolady60@hotmail.com

DeleteMy son got married yesterday on World Zombie Day, how awesome is that?! I would take my bug out bag, which fortunately is filled with cool stuff I really really need, fire starter, 2 diff sized knives, water purification tablets, mre's, blanket, extra ammo, a change of clothes, I would grab my kindle too tho, no way to charge it yet. thanks!!

Wow, my little first aid kit and flashlight emergency kit seem woefully inadequate. You are VERY prepared! :)
Deletep.s. and congrats on your son's wedding! :)
DeleteI agree.. a solar battery charger. So good for so many things! Also some matches dipped in wax (prevents water damage).

I am learning some rather ingenious tips. Perhaps I will compile a zombie apocalypse preparedness post from all of these fabulous responses! :)
DeleteI'd bring my Kindle and a machete!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the amazing giveaway!

Oooh, a machete. Good thinking! :)
Deleteflashlight and sword
ReplyDeletebn100candg at hotmail dot com
A sword? I know who I'm hiding behind...I mean, hanging out with...during the zombie apocalypse. ;)
DeleteFlashlight!
ReplyDeleteMeganSilverado@gmail.com
Yes! Zombies are bad enough, but in the dark they'd be absolutely terrifying. *shudder*
DeleteA flashlight, a pocket knife, a backpack, water, a gun, and my favorite 5 books c:
ReplyDeleteI would have forgotten water. *head desk* Maybe I'll follow you around during the zombie apocalypse. Do you need a sidekick? ;)
DeleteOF COURSE!!!!!!!!!! I will need company or i would go crazy of loneliness ._.
DeleteOMG...what wouldn't I bring? Extra clothes, I couldn't sit around in zombie guts ALL FREAKING DAY EVERY DAY. As many silent weapons as possible (machete, crossbow, samurai sword, really big hunting knives, ball bats etc) non perishable food, WATER, headlamps(easier than a flashlight, you can keep both hands available. They sell them at Walmart, too!) Seeds for planting vegetables. I live close to the Great Smoky Mtns and Cherokee Nat'l Forest so I woud head that way and dig in deep!
ReplyDeletevikingprincess1976 at yahoo dot com
Deleteomg, this made me laugh SO HARD. Sitting around in zombie guts would definitely suck. lol. :)
DeleteOooh, headlamps and silent weapons. We could be like deadly Will-o'-the-Wisps dancing through the trees!
I would bring a flashlight, a few books, an ipod, clothes, and weapons with me.

DeleteWater purification tablets, granola/power bars, jacket with lots of pockets for carrying things I find, backpack, matches, knife, flashlight. Although if it ever really happens, I'll probably freak out and be lucky to have anything even halfway useful!

:O Oh my! I would thoughtfully bring a big ol' bottle of A1 Sauce to baste myself with and plop down in the lawn chair to await the inevitable lol --- cos at MY age there's no out running (or walking, or crawling) those suckers! I dunno, maybe I could sing and scare them off..... ;)
