    I went with ghost because they can follow you. Not confined to just a house. This sounds dark and intriguing. Different from most stories I've read.

    This sounds like a fascinating book. I love books such as this one that engulf you in their power, swallow you whole, and spit you out at the end, blinking in the light, wondering where you are.

    I took the poll, and I vote for "other" because I can never really choose one particular paranormal creature. I love so many. I tend to love those with very powerful magicks, but I also fall in love with whatever creature I'm reading about at the time (though I have to admit I wouldn't want to be a zombie or a ghost).
